| Fifteen boys and girls represented
Thorner's at the Cluster Cross Country run at Symondsbury and all
completed the mile long course in cold but beautiful sunshine.
The boys' race was a fast one and first to cross the line for Thorner's was Andrew in 3rd position. Nat, Jack A, Jason, Matthew, Jack A-N, Dylan and Nathan made up the rest of the boys team who came 3rd overall. In the girls' race Beth ran a fantastic race finishing first with a record time of 7mins 25secs knocking 4 secs off the previous record. Lucy came in 3rd and Georgina, 4th. Annie, Molly, Paige and Lorna all finished strongly to put the team in first place and bring back the champions shield for Thorner's!
