At Thorners we are very lucky to have our own pool to practice in every day.

We raised over £1400 doing a sponsored swim at Bridport Leisure Centre to provide a water heater and poolside changing rooms.

We did not have to bring the shield to the Swimming Gala because we won the trophy again for the third year running!  We were sure we were going to win! Altogether we had 84 points and we came first. At first Burton Bradstock were in the lead until we caught up with them and won! 

When they were calling out the names of our schools, Thorners gave out the loudest cheer while the other schools barely made any noise!

In the car Poppy, Lotty and Laura were saying that we were sure that we were going to win! Laura won every race she was in. Thorner's  won all the relay races and were proud to win .
